International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

For hygiene and customization reasons:

  • Custom Nail Sets & Press-On Nails are final sale

  • Accessories and non-custom items may be eligible for return

We always want to be fair, so if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
