  • Custom nail sets are made to order and may require additional processing time.

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

International Orders & Customs

We ship worldwide.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain the following return policy:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Press-on nails

  • Custom nail sets

  • Any personalized or made-to-order products


Returnable Items

Certain non-custom items, such as accessories or other non-hygiene products, may be eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@isabelsnails.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
